Our Team Is The Heart Of Retouch
BellA
Office Dog
I’m the office dog and I make sure everyone has a chance to pet me. My favorite thing about working here is the free snacks and walks. Outside of work I really enjoy swimming, digging holes in the garden and eating things off the floor.
ANGELA OLIVER
Lead DESIGNER
My love for design and construction started when I was about 6 years old. My childhood home was always undergoing renovations and honestly, I probably could wield a hammer before I learned to walk. I graduated with a major in Interior Design (hence my job title) and a minor in Marketing and Management. My co-workers would describe me as Lightning McQueen because I learn fast and drive fast. Fun fact about me is that I love adventures! Everything from fishing, hiking, traveling, working out and cooking. You name it and I’m down for it!
Mark Franklin
Production Manager
I started working in the industry in 2007 with a background in trim carpentry. I have a strong eye for detail and a passion for seeing spaces come together with precision. The ability of our team to produce a product of exceptional quality is something I’m especially proud of. In my free time I enjoy lifting weights and playing the cello. Improving spaces changes lives and being able to do that daily gets me fired up!
Joey Merdian
Project Manager - Large Additions & Commercial
My greatest strength is my positive attitude, even in the face of adversity. My favorite thing about working here is being part of a team working together to create something beautiful for our clients. My favorite way to spend a vacation is road tripping through Colorado, Yellowstone and Glacier national parks.
irene boswell
project manager-Small additions & Kitchen & bath
I graduated from Pittsburg State with a B.A. in Interior Design and Construction management. As a Project Manager, I value most my team, my clients and the way my projects are handled. The duties I have at work are constantly changing between setting budgets, organizing schedules, and the most important part is thinking fast on my feet when a problem arises. A few of my favorite things to do outside of work are kayaking, trying out new breweries with my husband, and fostering dogs (even though I already have 4!). You can never have too many dogs right?

MISTY SCHWARZ
Superintendent
My colleagues (and my husband) would describe me as a ‘take charge’ type of girl who is still kind and very hardworking. I might be a bit of a perfectionist, but that’s generally a good thing in my line of work. Like most things in life, I think good communication, team work, and motivation are essential to every project. I love working here because I am always learning something new and I get to work alongside great people to create something beautiful. After work, give me a giant plate of wings and some pizza and I’m a happy camper!
Charles Street
Lead Carpenter-Outdoor Remodeling
People describe me as passionate and I take great pride in the quality of my work. I love building decks and seeing the end product. I also take great pride in my faith and believe we are all children of god.

My friends say I’m outgoing and easy to talk to. I really enjoy working with my hands to create something beautiful. When I’m not at work building decks, I like to build furniture and joke around with my dad, Richard.
