This couple found the home for sale on a Sunday open house, and asked ReTouch to help re-shape it to meet their needs. ReTouch’s uniquely collaborative design-build process helped these clients re-envision the space’s potential. Working with a limited budget, the team was able to merge two small bedrooms into a comfortable master suite complete with a large custom closet. Reconfiguring the home’s layout, the kitchen was given a strong visual connection to the living and dining spaces. Complete with a beautiful colonial cream granite, walk-in pantry and beautiful copper apron sink. This space went from “for sale” to “Home.”
