ABOUT ReTouch Design-Build-Renovate

ReTouch is a full service, client based contractor.

Translation: We do the work our clients need us to do. Here are a few of the services that we offer:

Design:

Our team includes a number of highly talented design professionals including Joel Perry, a licensed architect; Kelly Van Elders, a licensed landscape architect; a structural engineer, an interior designer and others. We believe it is important that an investment in your space is based on a strong and cohesive plan. If this “foundation” is done well, it makes the rest of the process very easy.

Consultation:

We believe there are many advantages to using a “consultative” approach to a project rather than a “competitive” approach. This means the client works with a design and production team that is cooperating to develop the budget, scope and design that best fits the needs of the client. We provide this service without obligation so that the client can figure out what they need to do before they have to be committed to something.

New Construction:

We do not build spec homes or production homes, but when clients have a home they want to build, we are able to help them accomplish their goals successfully. Our relationship with Indwell Architecture allows us the ability to help the client create a home from scratch for a very affordable budget.

Commercial Projects:

Many of our clients own businesses or commercial properties that require work. About 1/3 of our work involves tenant finishes, build-outs and new construction of commercial space.

Additions/Whole House Remodels

Many of our clients own businesses or commercial properties that require work. About 1/3 of our work involves tenant finishes, build-outs and new construction of commercial space.

Kitchens/Baths

These are two of the most important areas in a home. They involve some of the most expensive products, and get the highest level of daily use. Making sure that every square inch of space is used wisely is very important.

Basements/Attic Conversions:

Sometimes extra space is needed, but the budget is too restrictive for a full scale addition. We can usually find the space we need in the basement or the attic, which saves the cost of a new foundation.

Maintenance/Small Projects:

Our focus on clients rather than project type means that we are eager to do any project that will help us develop a stronger relationship. This can include work that other contractors might not be interested in, or would charge exorbitantly for. Whether a faucet is leaking, or a front door needs to be replaced, we are happy to get face time with the client, and further build that relationship.
